ZaKerra Lance is a junior from Orlando, FL, majoring in Enviromental Science with a minor in Cultural Anthropoly. She was inducted into the Omicron Nu Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated in the spring of 2014. She currently serves as the chapter’s Vice-President, Step-Mistress and Wellness Advocate. She also participates in non-sorority related activities such as the LeaderShape Institute, and multiple on campus jobs. Her academic interests include environmental racism/injustice, international environmental policy, and Latin American culture. Following graduation, she plans to join Green Corp to advocate for issues close to her heart. ZaKerra is often quiet yet still very bubbly and speaks her mind when passionate about a subject. She hopes to help create a world that is left healthier and greener for future generations.
